34A is absolutely wonderful. And despite how you may feel today, you will probably agree with me when you are pushing 50. Small breasted women tend to look more youthful in middle-age.
Depends on the profile, are you talking the high profile, then you are looking at a D to DD, much too big. If it is moderate or low, you might be able to get away with the 400. I was a 32A and got 325cc of silicone at high profile to be a C. If I went any bigger, they probably would look too fake. Now, they look very natural.
Well, if you are trying to choose between 375ccs and 400ccs, the difference is really negligible. The difference of two tablespoons, approximately. You won’t get much more projection with the 400 than you would with the 375, but you will get increased width.
It’s almost impossible to imagine how a 400cc implant would appear on your frame without seeing you, but I’d like to think that your surgeon offered you a range of implant sizes that he/she felt your body could accommodate safely, without looking bizarre or disproportionately large. If you opt for the 375 implants, they will most likely take you to a small D cup. The general consensus is that an augmented D cup (clothed) appears smaller than a natural D cup.
However, if you prefer the appearance of clearly augmented breasts- go as high as your surgeon allows. There’s no wrong or right answer. Just personal preference. I like both, depending the individual and the “boob job” itself.
In a word, awful.

Don’t mess with your body.
